Slowing to a graceful lope Joel allowed everyone to catch up to us. The forest was lovely this time of year. The growth was thick and green. All around us birds were chirping. In the air the summer flowers put out their fragrant scents. I couldn't wait to see what the lake looked like. 'Good hunting, too,' Joel sent into my head.
