Chapter Nineteen
“Where are the other two girls?” Corinne whispered as they waited in the training room for Monday’s aerobics class to begin.
“Hope and Roberta?” Megan whispered back. Corinne nodded, keeping her eyes forward and barely moving her lips as she spoke. “I’m not really sure. Father Monroe sends them away sometimes and all they ever say when they come back is that it’s missionary work. They won’t explain anymore than that.”
Mother Kathryn came into the room then and the exercises soon began.
