It was Jethro’s first weekend in college. As much as he would like to go back home to visit Clyde he opted to stay on campus for the weekend. He did not want Clyde to think that he misses home and his uncle, even though it was the truth. He also knew that Clyde’s girlfriend would probably be spending the weekend at their place, so he had many reasons not to go home for now.
Bianca liked him, and he knew that she wouldn’t mind if he came home and spent the weekend with her uncle. But Clyde was not getting any younger, and Jethro was somehow hoping that Bianca was finally the one for his uncle. She would be a nice aunt for him and, of course, the perfect wife for Clyde.
