17 Fire & smoke. Emmelyn’s POV I saw him leave and thought of how serious the looked or seemed , he didn't seem to have a good conversation with her as she was all sober. Jaxon on the other hand lacked any emotions, he seemed be angry about something as his shoulders tense, jaw locked, as he walked away — Even without it being obvious, I was certain that whatever was between them had finally broken apart as that was the only way I could explain why he looked that way. He didn’t see me. He never did when he was like that. And I didn’t stop him either , Because I knew I was the last person he wanted to see right now seeing him in the state that he was in.
