Chapter 15The next morning Giacomo’s alarm goes off. Rather than being perturbed, he gets up slowly and seems contemplative for such an early hour. He gets up and begins to prepare some coffee. He grabs two espresso cups. There is surprisingly no sign of Priscilla yet, so he rummages through a suitcase and takes out his address book, goes to the phone and begins to dial. The phone at Ramona’s house rings. Two, three times. Finally, Fiorella it picks up. “¿Hola?” “Hola, may I…uh…speak to Ramona?” “Who’s speaking, please?” Fiorella says into the phone. “This is Giacomo.” “She’s not in right now.” “Okay, can you leave her a message for me?” “Yes.” “Tell her to call Priscilla.
