That person introduced himself as the son of Vlad II whom you also known as Dracul. You must have read or atleast heard many legends about this person.
His father ruled on the entire Wallachia during the 15th century and after when Vlad II was made a first-class member of the order of dragon by the court of Sigismund, he was also given a nickname, Dracul which meant 'The Dragon'.
Somewhat around 1470 or 1476, Dracul died.
