        As I was watching the girl flawlessly rise above the water, I had not noticed that she was starting to walk towards me.

While I was staring at her I had started taking in her features and what she looked like. She was dark-skinned with chocolate brown eyes and had a head full of blue and black braids. Her body was curvy like an hourglass and was slightly built.

  As she got out of the water I noticed that she was only in a bathing suit. All I could think of when she got out of the water was 'wow she was a flawless boss WALKING TOWARDS ME'.When she had gotten close enough I finally noticed her presence.

"Hello my name is Mizuki. If you don't mind me asking what are you doing so deep in the woods?", she asked, might I add very politely.

"Hi, my name is Maze and no I don't mind you asking why. I am in the woods for a hunt but my meal has been delayed," I said remembering how the little deer just fell into the water.

" Yes, one of my children told me of the little chase he had with a strange smelling creature," she said with an amused smile on her face.

As she told me this I could not help but be offended when she said I smelled. Well, being me I had to check, I lifted my arm just a little bit and took a quick whiff.

" Hey, I don't smell," I said with a little pout.

" You have misunderstood me I do not mean in oder, I mean that you smell different than the average wolf that comes and takes a drink from my lake," she laughed.

I could not help but laugh with her she had a very contagious laugh. This is when I knew I had made a true friend, we were going to be great friends.

Knowing that I was going to be here for a while, I found and nice little rock too sit on.

"Mizuki tell me about yourself. Why are you in a lake in the middle of the woods all by yourself?" I asked.

I don't know how long I was there, but it didn't matter to me cause I got too know Mizukia lot better. We have a lot of things in common like how we are obsessed with reading and our love for nature. 

Her story is that her family set her up on a betrothal date, and when she declined him he became all crazy and started screaming and yelling at her. After that day her parents still wanted her to marry him but she wouldn't have and she decided to leave her family and find her true mate. 

After she told me her story I asked if she would like to come over and continue our conversation there. She agreed but we wouldn't leave until she changed her clothes, I had to remind her that there were still two unmated males still at home.

When she was done we walked back with her guiding the way because she knew the woods better than I did. As we entered the apartment we were welcomed with chaos. The boys were screaming my name looking for me and Carlos was arguing with my brother for whatever reason. When I got tired of all the noise I let out a warning growl knowing it would get my pack member's attention. 

When they heard it they all responded to it with a kneel to the ground. I turned around getting ready to apologize to Mizuki when I heard footsteps approaching me from behind me. Before I even got the chance to turn around and see who it was I was pushed to the side by mizuki. I didn't even have the time to respond before all I could hear was them sniffing each other. 

     While that was happening all I wanted to know was what was just happened.

*You nitwit brett just found his mate, zilith groaned with frustration.

OOOhhh, awesome and I'm not a nitwit you sarcastic retard, I yelled at her in my head.

She just laughed at me and returned to the back of my head.

As I entered the real world I didn't know that while I was out that everyone was staring at me even the boys who were still kneeling on the ground.

"Sorry, guys yall can get up," I said.

"Thank goodness my knees were just about to give out," Max said.

As they got up I laughed awkwardly and muttered my apologies.

"Well, today has been certainly busy and I would like to get everything in order so I'm officially calling our first pack meeting to order," I said kinda professionally ( I'm still the goofball I've always been).

As I said that I guided everyone towards the living room. The couple on the love seats and the single pringles on the bigger couch.

" Okay everyone I would like to introduce you all to Mizuki , Brett's new mate,as we can now all see we won't be seeing them, For a while," we all snickered as Mizuki blushed " and second I would like to make her a part of our pack but first we need to figure out living arrangements my apartment is not big enough for all of us to live in," I stated looking around at them nodding in agreement.

"Well,I could help you guys with that," Max said raising his hand.

"Please continue max," I said.

" I uh kinda own the complex," he said shyly.

" What? How?" I questioned.

" I kinda saved up some money back in my coven and decided when I would move out that I would continue making money incase I couldn't stay," he said.

"Cool, well now that we have that figured I would like to move on to the next topic of discussion. We need more member's and quickly some of you might not know what I told everyone else but if you join you have to know that you will be in danger multiple times and I need to know if you can handle being in that type of situation," I explained.

It was a long silence before I heard Brett stand up and say the following:

" Master, I have done this once before but I will do it many times just to reassure you that I am ready for the journey ahead that awaits me, that is if you will have me," he said getting down on his knees kneeling before me. when I looked down at him it took me a whole lot just to not cry in front of everyone, I was so proud to call him one of my pack members.

When I was about to respond to brett Mizuki got down on her knees too.

"Even though we only just met I feel like we have already become great friends," She said with a smile" I would be honored to stand  beside you in this pack if you are willing to have me," she said kneeling next to brett intertwining their fingers together.

Everyone else followed in order behind them and I couldn't have been happier.

" I appreciate every last one of you and I hope your all ready for what comes your way," I say with a serious face.

  I really hope there all ready cause this is only the beginning of our adventure together as a pack.
