Alisson sat by the front desk alongside Lucas; who had become her silent shadow for the last three days and listened to Meredith's unending rambling.
She has been in the White Pearl village for four days and this was how she spent most of her time; keeping the brunette who did not seem to have anyone to talk to, company and getting to know Lucas more. Meredith was good company and though she tended to get off track in her storytelling and jump to another one halfway through one, she had lots of interesting stories to tell and was captivating to listen to.
"-Since then I've made it a point to avoid any strange meat offered to me by a stranger," she ended, with a disgusted scrunch of her nose.
