I messed up. And I can see that. The look in her eyes clearly states that she would like to be anywhere at the moment than beside me.
I had woken up early in the morning to prepare my sorry speech after the late-night meeting with the Alpha of Blue Lake pack. I had it all covered. I would go and ask her out. I’ll apologize to her in the humblest way possible and would ask her if she could give us another chance. I had even thought about what restaurant to dine at if her mood was good enough. But looking at how things were turning at the moment, I don’t think I’ll be able to do any of it.
Maybe I prepared a little bit less for this event, and it is because of that things were going the exact opposite of what I had thought about.
