Ava's POV I paced the room's length, my boots scraping the creaky floorboards, my thoughts chewing on Lucy's latest moves. "She'll deny it, no doubt," I said to Sarah, whirling to face her, her expression creased with anxiety. "Did Lucy and Zane have a fight while you were out?" Sarah's eyes went blank, shocked.
