Hell’s Fury~ Daranuthan Twelvestones Masaki stared out the window as the earth rumbled beneath his feet. He held to a strap hung above his head, and his shoulders brushed those of strangers crowded into the hot, musky conveyance with him. The world flashed past the windows in a dizzying blur. Endless corridors of glass towers gave way to acres of crouching, steel-clad warehouses. The beast groaned as it slowed and squealed to a stop. Its metal skin parted with a hiss, and Masaki made his way toward the opening. The images went shaky then, and time shuddered. Masaki was approaching a guardpost set against thick castle walls with spirals of razor-thin wire strung along its parapets. Guards with sleek black muskets at the ready nodded and let him pass.
