“She stole his money,” barked the guy Gabe was mentally calling “Biker.” “You’d better give it back, missy, or there’ll be hell to pay.” “I didn’t take anything!” Hype wailed. “Joey probably took it—you know he comes looking for money all the time.” “You’re gonna be that way?
