* Three days later

Michael’s POV

I sure will miss this place , I wish we could stay for long . You know it was nice exploring all the fun hidden here .Must we really leave here at all cost ?

Dorothy’s POV

If you have a death wish you would want to fulfill you can choose to stay here for all I care . As far as I am concerned I am leaving I will not wait for those bastards to come kill me here .

Michael’s POV

Hey ! I was just joking how can I bear to part to part ways with you .By the way let us now concentrate on our plan to reach the location.

Dorothy’s POV

I know by now they will be on their way here let us quickly leave here first. Once we go out of this underground closure we will take the route on our left ,we will continue till we reach down the hill where the forest is situated.

From there ,there are three different routes that leads to our destination. Now let us get there first before we run out of time . Come on let’s go .

Michael’s POV

We finally left the underground hideout and headed towards our destination. After a few minutes walk we reached the foot of the hill ,now which one of the three routes are we taking?

Dorothy’s POV

Hmmm, the first route to the left harbours poisonous plants whose scent when sniffed can put one to sleep for a long period of time ,penultimately the second route which points towards the middle of the forest is accommodated with a large number of wild beasts which preys on any sighted predators and lastly the third route which is to the right is accompanied with unstable harsh weather conditions which changes drastically.

Once we go through it we might freeze to death or die of dehydration. Now back to the first route we can’t possibly risk taking it because it can lead us to our doom .

The only possible route which we can take as the best option should be the middle route ,with the little weapons we have we can use it to protect ourselves from those beasts.

Michael’s POV

Yeah, that’s our only option now , so let’s take that route then .

Dorothy’s POV

Good ,since it is settled then let us keep moving we do not have much time on our side . I will use the path tracker I have with me to keep us on the right path.

*In The Forest

Michael’s POV

We finally left for the journey. Through several hours of walking we reached almost a quadrant of the forest .

As travellers we were exhausted and thirsty from walking . Well we had no food nor water with us again.

We started looking around for a possible source of water or food .

Dorothy’s POV

As we were still looking around for any random source of water or food ,after some few minutes of searching luckily I spotted one .

It was a pond I saw , I then drew Michael’s attention to it. We decided to go and drink from there if possible store some with us and continue with our journey.
