Mia’s POV
“What's going on here? Do you have to scream so loud?” Tania pushed me out of the way and walked outside the house.
“Who are you!” he asked the man outside.
“Uhhm… he was sent by Mr. Cage.” I stuttered.
“I didn't ask you Mia, allow the young man to speak for himself.” she voiced out.
The young man quickly repeated everything he had told me earlier, “that's impossible! I am calling Cage right now.” she exclaimed.
She hurriedly marched inside the house and made a phone call.
I was getting late for school already, I had no idea why she was furious. I thought they had spoken about it already. “Did she hate me this much? Or does she just feel insecure?” I couldn't say either.
