I stood at the entrance of Cage’s Mansion, my heart was heavy with a mixture of panic and frustration. I didn't know why he had to take so long just to get to his house after he told me it was close already.
I had thought it was him driving in already and that was the reason I was outside, I had no idea it was someone else.
The car didn't even bother to drive in, instead, it waited outside for a while and drove off. I had a feeling it had the wrong address on its map.
My anxiety grew with each passing second as I watched my time, it was taking an eternity for him to arrive and nothing seemed to look funny anymore.
