A SECRET REVEAL

Mellisah was profoundly astonished by the narrative relayed by her father. After a brief period of astonishment, she inquired about the course of action they should take to rectify the situation. Her father responded by stating that she would need to depart from the planet Uranus, as he would be unable to assist her in battling the Pluto creatures. This response came as a shock to the child. She pondered how she would be able to leave after spending numerous years on the planet Uranus. Would her family members, particularly her mother and sister, be able to recognize her back at Earth? Disagreeing with her father's suggestion, she expressed her determination to remain by his side until death separates them.

A moment of silence ensued, after which Mellisah forcefully opened the door to the room where she and her father were located. She expressed her apologies for the interruption and offered to leave if they were engaged in an important discussion. Mellisah's father reassured her that she should stay, as the matter being discussed involved her as well and her input could be beneficial.

Subsequently, Mellisah's father proceeded to explain to her the incident that had occurred to Mellisah, doing so in a hushed manner that prevented Mellisah from hearing any of their conversation. He then requested Mellisah's permission to excuse themselves for a brief period, to which Mellisah agreed, leaving Mellisah and their father alone in the room.

Upon exiting the room, the father wasted no time in pointing the finger at Mellisando, blaming her for the chaotic arrival of Mellisah on the distant planet of Uranus. With a surge of anger, he unleashed his frustration upon her, demanding answers and a solution to their predicament. Mellisando, taken aback by her father's sudden outburst, couldn't help but feel a pang of disbelief. After all, it was he who had dispatched her years ago on a mission to find Mellisah. "Father, how dare you speak to me in such a manner? It is crystal clear, and you know it well, that you were the one who sent me to Earth to seek her out and bring her here. And now, you have the audacity to blame me for this incident? Fine, I understand; I will send her away and depart myself. Is that what you desire?" Mellisando retorted, her words dripping with fury.

The girl's furious demeanor triggered a wave of shame within the father, compelling him to attempt an apology for his outburst.

However, Mellisando remained steadfast, refusing to lend an ear to his remorse. In a final act of defiance, she confronted her father with a revelation that shook him to his core. "If you wish for her departure, it can only mean that you played a part in the exchange of babies! Are you willing to sacrifice your own flesh and blood for the sake of self-preservation? Father, how could you subject her to such torment after all the years she spent here with us, when she could have returned to the Earth she believes to be her true home? I say this without hesitation, may Allogally, the god of protection in Uranus, shield her with safety, while Arronary, the god of death in Uranus, strips away your remaining days of life!" With these damning words, Mellisando concluded her impassioned speech, leaving her father to grapple with the weight of his actions.

The old man seethed with fury as these words filled his being, his anger bubbling like a cauldron. He yearned to unleash his powers upon his child, but alas, Mellisando sensed his intentions and swiftly vanished from the room. Meanwhile, Mellisah lingered by the door, her ears capturing every uttered syllable within the chamber. Disbelief washed over her like a tidal wave - why would her father choose to save the life of another over her own? She pondered this enigma, lost in her thoughts.

Just as she was lost in contemplation, the door swung open, revealing her father's weathered countenance. A forced smile adorned his wrinkled face as he inquired about Mellisah's purpose. Desperate to conceal her eavesdropping, she replied with feigned innocence, "Oh, father! There you are. I have been searching high and low, for I wished to inform you that supper is prepared." Her father, blissfully unaware of her true knowledge, nodded and said, "Very well, my dear daughter. Let us partake in this meal together." His words carried a mixture of anger and shame, remnants of their earlier confrontation with Mellisando still lingering in the air.
