I woke up on a warm bed, my clothes were changed and my wounds had bandages on to, there was a glass of water and a pill beside the bed, and a little note

The last thing I recall was Nathan being inside of me, how did I get back to the house? Did I pass out again, and how did I get here without waking up not even once.
I took a step away from the bed and I made my way toward the mirror, I looked clean, my hair was braided into two, and I felt a smile creeping on to my face.
