The words scattered through my mind, her eyes filled with anger as she stared at me

His fiancée, he had a fiancée, he never mentioned her, not like he will ever say anything about his personal life to me but I had expected he would not have anyone.

This is his room? Why will he bring me to his room? What happened last night.

Thoughts filled my mind and neither of them made me feel even a little better about anything, fear gripped my heart as I stared at her.

“Hats off to Nathan for bringing just about anything to his room, he doesn’t feel think does he? I mean look at you, if he wants to cheat on you, I will prefer he cheats on me with someone that looks half decent, that way I will not be insulted.” Hailey spoke.

Her eyes scanned through my body and I felt a wave of shiver run down my spine, I didn’t look good I knew that and especially with the wounds I had, despite the fact that it’s covered up, I saw my reflection in the mirror today and I could tell I had lost a lot of weight, I didn’t even look like myself.

“Alpha Nathan and I- did I ask you to speak.” She said cutting me off, she took a step further into the room and she looked between me and the food on the center table, there was barely any food remaining, I ate everything there.

“You do not speak when I am speaking to you, what the f**k did he even see in you?” She yelled.

I froze at her words

I always knew I was beautiful no matter what anyone said, they called me Wolfless but I was still beautiful, men still wanted me because of beauty and each day the maids remained me how I looked a lot like my mama, the most beautiful woman in the world and how no one can explain how papa was able to even get her to be with him.

My eyes scanned around her body.

Hailey, she had brunette hair, that stopped at her shoulder, her lips were tainted red and a wave of eyeshadow found its place on her eyes, she looked like she wanted me dead and her skin, fair and smooth, she didn’t even look like she had ever had a bruise in her life

“What are you staring at weirdo? Get your f*****g things and leave, I don’t care if he asked you to stay the night, you are leaving.”

“I’m not who you think I am?” I breathed out, a wave of shiver runs down my spine. “I’m not his anything.” I added

I am the least of person she had to worry about.

“Did I ask?.” She gritted through her teeth. “If not for Nathan, you are not even worthy of speaking in my presence.”

As I stared at her, something clicked inside of me, I know girls like her, they were rich, came from a good clan and their father has relations with more powerful clan and now to make it wise she is about to marry an Alpha for a pack, be a queen of her own or a Luna.

“Did I stutter b***h?” She yelled and my eyes snapped at her.

“Yell at me all you want but you do not get to insult me, do you think I want to stay here, drag me out of here and I would like to see if the guard will let us get past the hallway.” I yelled

I wanted to leave too but this was stupid, I am sure as hell there was no guard standing by the door when she walked in. And I was confident we will not get it past the front door, some one will come and the last thing I need is to past out again and miss a whole f*****g day, I needed this day to be preset, I needed this day to have my thoughts gathered.

“Oh she speaks and she knows how to talk back, Nathan will have you dead for the way you spoke to me, he will make you pay and don’t worry unlike any other fiancée, I will stand by him and I stab you to death, did you touch him with these hands?.” She asked

I never understood the concept of fighting with a woman for a man, it was clear the man didn’t like you enough to respect you, to abstain from all of this, it was pathetic watching her.

One glance at her and I saw as her wolf flashed in her eyes, for the first time ever I didn’t feel scared even when she held my wrist and she dragged me to the door.

“You are fragile and yet you could not find anyone bed to be in, you had to be with Nathan, this is what I get for falling for someone that is that attractive.”

“You are dumb.” I breathed out so low, but one glance at her, I could tell she heard every part of what I said and a smile appeared on my face, she needed to understand she didn’t affect me.

She was about opening the door when the knob turner and she pulled me away from it, pushing me to the ground, I winced in pain hitting an old wound and she rolled her eyes at me.

I am pathetic, I should have fought, but with what. I should have not let her do this, if I can stab those wolves then I can do that.

“Nathan you are here.” Hailey smiled as she wrapped her hand around him before she pulled away. “You really have to get a taste Nathan and if you are that horny. You can get a f*****g car to come get me, daddy will understand, he has always wanted us to spend more time together.” She smiled.

Nathan’s eyes soften met mine and I whispered a curse word.
