Chapter 58
Deep in the bowels of V-CityB there is an unremarkable passageway terminating in an unremarkable wall. Set into this unremarkable wall is an unremarkable door. On this door is faded, hard to read lettering. It is a door that appears to have been deliberately allowed to slip into dereliction.
The lettering, in a gold so worn it seems to leech into the surface, reads: “Space Army HQ. (Admin.)”
It had taken Captain Thomas two extremely furtive years to find this door and another year to discover a plan of the rooms on the other side.
To the left of this door, belying its insignificance, there is always a Sparmy soldier on sentry duty.
