Emily. As I approached the old shack, I angrily swung open the door. If he thinks I’m engaging in a pleasant conversation with him, he can go f**k himself. I feel guilty for not informing Aiden about the meeting, but he’s currently at work. I just hope he doesn’t become angry with me for doing this. As I walked past bustling tables and waitresses, the clinking of silverware and the aroma of freshly cooked food filled the air. My eyes darted around, searching for him. I hope he’s not here. but my hopes were dashed as I spotted him sitting patiently in a booth at the back of the restaurant. He hasn’t seen me yet. Would I be able to turn and back change my mind? As I mentioned, luck was not on my side as his piercing gaze locked with mine, and he flashed a smile that sent shivers down
