Chapter Eleven MILA I didn’t really plan on going on a date with Jackson, and once John’s out of earshot, I tell him as much. We share a good laugh about making John squirm, and he seems to have the same idea as me. Though, if I wasn’t working for John and looking for a good time with no strings attached, Jackson would be a good distraction. The man oozes confidence like no other, and he’s not afraid to say exactly what’s on his mind—a big change from his brother. Not many men I’ve met are like that.
