CHAPTER 23Miles got up early, made enough coffee for the three of them, put his in a travel mug, and left for the office. It had been several days since he’d been there, so he expected plenty of mail to have been put through the slot in the door. Most of it turned out to be junk mail. Turning to his email, which was littered with junk as well, he did, however, spot one that caught his attention. It was from Richie at the Lakeville Police department.
Richie’s email had a coroner’s report from Gary, Indiana attached. “This came in today as a result of the inquiry you initiated. Thought it might be of interest if you’re still looking for Olivia Sims. Sorry it took so long to get it. Guess the Gary Coroner’s office has been busy.”
