Lake Irole

He immediately used the scroll and a large circle was formed. "Huh? Where do you think you are going?" Rin shot a small fire ball spell which was about to hit them when suddenly they disappeared even with the attack. "Tsk... they escaped. Now I have to take care of these bastards!?" Rin didn’t want to cause any troubles to them right now since it was not their fault anyway. They were just obeying what they were told so he thought it would be waste of his own energy if he were to kill all of them. “Tsk never mind, return back to your kingdoms...”, immeditely after saying this he himself vanished from the sight. All of them sighed in relief and then immediately started moving the corpses as well as themselves towards their kingdom. “Now that this problem is solved, where should I go next?”, Rin inistially wanted to return back to his own kingdom but now that his mood was ruined because of some bastard humans, he wanted to divert his mind for a while. He was flying high up in the sky and taking a look at the surroundings. Then he used his sharp gazes and spotted the ogres moving in group towards the designated forest which Rin had told earlier. “Hmm, Good. Not that it matters anymore...”, for a bit he felt lonely because he wanted to hear their voices. Even though he didn’t participate in their parties, he was having fun listening to all of them and seeing how lively they were and that was why he was missing them right now because he was lonely. “Master, why don’t you go towards the Lake of Irole?”, Ryuk immediately asked this to Rin. “Lake of Irole?”, he wasn’t aware of such a name and thought that there would be something amazing waiting for him that would help him to get rid of his boredom. “Okay then let’s go...”, he immeditely nodded his head and started flying towards that destination which was no more than 20 miles away. But he didn’t want to just reach the place directly. He wanted to take a look at the surroundings too. And that was why he descended immediately and started walking towards that place. “Hmm, it’s only 3-4 miles away now.”, he had already covered more than 70% of the journey by air so now he wanted to go by walk while enjoying the views. MEANWHILE... ‘BAM’ The fire ball which Rin had shot and had entered the teleportation spell dashed and exploded in the castle’s wall. “What!!? What happened!!?”, the king furiously rushed towards the site only to find the prince as well as the head mage swearing and sighing in relief. He then turned his gazes towards the wall which was completely destroyed and turned into crisps due to the explosion that was caused by the attack. “What exactly happened here and where are the others?”, the king asked them. Both of them were quiet for a moment and then immeditely narrated the whole incident that had happened. “Fools! Not only did you lose all those bombs and the troll army, you also lost many amazing soldiers and at the same time offended such a powerful being!?” Both of them couldn’t even deny it because whatever he summarised was exactly correct. The king also couldn’t do anything since everything had already happened so all he did was return back to his own chambers and think of a strategy in order to protect the castle because he felt that Rin would hold a grudge whom he was considering to be a dragon! “Tsk, instead of bringing good news all they do is get me bad news...”, he had originally sent them to m******e all the ogres and bring their organs that would serve as a vital ingredient in medicine. That could also be used to make various items that would be augumaneted or enchanted. “It was a heavy loss indeed but now the biggest worry is that the dragon shouldn’t hold a grudge... a dragon powerful enough to escape from Dragon bombs will be a great threat...”, he was completely shaken and panicked by thinking about this because this was by no means a simple matter. “I’ll see to it...”, immediately after saying that he fell asleep because he wanted to rest a bit. AT THE SAME TIME... “Hmm, so this is the Lake Irole?”, Rin had finally reached the lake and was taking a look at it. “Yes master... this is the Lake.”, Ryuk replies to Rin. “It’s weird, why would a lake exist in the middle of a desert?”, Rin was lost in his own world thinking deeply about this. It was indeed intriguing because there didn’t seem to be any water source nearby so a lake existing on its on was like a miracle. But then there was something different with it too. A weird power was being emitted from it. It didn’t have an ominous feeling but for some reason that power was resonating with Rin’s mana. The whole lake was suddenly sent into vibration and everything started to shake with a huge vigour. It was unknown of what was happening but the trembling had began which spread throughout the lake. Soon even the land was trembling as if an earthquake had occurred which was causing a lot of uncomfortableness to Rin so he decided to fly in the air. The moment he levitated, the whole lake suddenly dried off and the water seemed to take the shape of a beast. “A snake...?”, was what Rin said in awe. Slowly and steadily the water was being accumulated in the air and forming a snake like appearance just in front of Rin. In a few minutes everything was formed and soon the eyes also appeared after which Rin heard a voice too. “Why...? Why have you come to my domain?”, the sound was too deep and it echoed throughout the barren desert even though there was nothing that could reflect the sound. “This...” Then suddenly Ryuk came out and bowed to him. “This Young descendant greets the great ancestor.”, was what Ryuk said. TO BE CONTINUED... Hey all, I’m sorry for the late update but there was some problem in the system. Wait for the next update.
