I Know This is Bad Timing But I Could Really Go For A Smoothie Right Now

“Another planet?” All the Kings and Queens sitting in the briefing room eyed the girls like they had completely lost their marbles. The girls nodded. “We have found another planet in the galaxy of the Milky-way, situated approximately 5000 light years away from us, Sitting in the south-western regions of the Spiral Galaxy quadriverse,” Galaxius explained, “and they call themselves… Earth.” Queen Gaia frowned. “Earth?” “Yes, apparently so. It is a lot like if the Lifestone imbalanced again and Mauritio, San-Flora-Faunas and Ethos merged. The areas that looks like San-Flora-Faunas seem to be developed, looking like Elon in a way. But nothing compared to our astounding homelands.” “Then why do suggest to leave the galaxy,” Atlantis questioned, “if it is no better in development.” “The men there had piqued all our interests,” Adonis was quick to say. “Their satellites seem to be very underdeveloped so we could learn more through it,” Astra added. The parents shared a look among each other, then turned back to their daughters. “We must see this Earth you speak of at once,” Athena demanded. A slight smirk twitched at the princesses’ lips, knowing they were already winning this. ¶¶¶ IN THE CONTROL ROOM The royal leaders looked at the planet and the few shown footages of its inhabitants’ daily lives. “Intriguing.” “I knew you’d love it, father” Galaxius said with a smile. Ra turned to his daughter. “Love it? That’s a little farfetched dear, don’t you think?” Galaxius' face fell. “We barely know anything about this galaxy and you want us to consider letting you travel all the way there to find love?” Gaia spoke. “Finding love does not seem so glamorous anymore, now does it?” Medusa wittedly commented with a smirk. Serpente glared at her daughter. “I will sssstone you little girl.” She hissed. Medusa gulped and looked away. “And we do not know if they even pose a threat to our galaxy,” Hermes added. “All the more reasons for us to go,” Proteus said. “Yes,” Galaxius agreed, “we could attack them on their planet before they even have the chance to intercept our galaxy.” “If you’ve forgotten, we have powers so great that I alone could silence 10 000 men in just a single breath,” Sara piped in. “And I’m venomousss, or if you like I could ssssqueeze them to death in my natural form,” Medusa added, her snakes beginning to hiss as though sensing a threat. “I could seduce them into submission,” Adonis said in a dangerously low tone, “just one look and they’ll be falling at my feet.” “They don’t stand a chance against me,” Luna said, “they will drown in mid-air, not knowing what killed them.” “Zap, zap and they are out,” Astra mused, her fingers already sparking up. “I’ll dry them up into nothings,” Aaliyah added. “Have you forgotten that I have the clap of justice?” “And I could melt them into oblivion with just one look,” Galaxius said, “Not to mention we all went through gladiator training and we’re the best there is.” Thoth stepped forth. “But that is also why you pose a threat to this world as well. How do we even know if they have people like us?” “Their body forms are similar to us. Though they look a little on the weaker side. Like sunworms.” Aaliyah said. Astra gasped as an idea formed in her head. She looked towards her mother. “Mother, can you intercept their satellite and see if you can connect to a knowledgeable technological source, I’m not sure if they have Internet, but you can find out as much as you can about it.” Zephyr nodded and tapped a few things on the control panel. What looked like a finger socket opened up on the panel. She inserted her finger into it and she was immediately shocked, her eyes running binaries at the speed of light as everyone waited anxiously. She finally pulled her fingers out and panted like she was out of breath. “Sweet mother of Spectroway…” “Well?” Zephyr frowned and shook her head. “That is one confusing and disturbed place. The lands in the south are dry and underdeveloped. The northern areas are developed but they seem to have trouble keeping peace among each other. The gases are disturbing the waters, making them attack the dry lands. I do not wish to talk about any of the other things I have seen,” she worriedly said. “Truly disturbing.” “And you girls want to find love there?”, Apollo asked the girls “Yes. Would you not always tell us that love could be found in the most unconventional places?”, Luna said. “Yes,” Adonis piped in, “Father, you met mother during a war in the underworld.” “Mom you met father during your father’s trial,” Proteus added. “Dad you nearly burnt Mother when you met. And you all are still in love to this day.” Galaxius said. “But finding love at an unknown world?” Zeus questioned, “You might not even come back.” “You know,” Galaxius said, “I did not just decide to intercept another planet without covering all our bases. We will go to this planet fully prepared. I know they are alarmed by spaceships, as any foreign world is, so we will take the transparent pods. We will not be leaving our powers, in case of danger. We will take up knowledge on this planet when we land so we do not start unprepared. We will be discreet about our alienation to them AND you can keep track on our vitality using our birth gems.” Their parents shared a look of uncertainty. Medusa huffed. “Do you want us to get married or not?” King Eros, Aaliyah’s father, spoke up, “Well there is one problem…you cannot hide your powers from your true love.” Hera nodded in agreement. “It is not a good way to start a relationship.” “Well, we cannot exactly just show every man we meet our powers. Would they not be alarmed?” “I’m sure you’ll know what to do,” Gaia said and winked. Galaxius rolled her eyes. “So do you agree to all of this?” Sara asked cautiously. Ra stepped forth. “I must say, it’ll be quite interesting to see how you pull this off.” “And for surety,” Venus chimed in, “should you fail… you will wed a man of our choice.” “So there’s no room for failure?” Astra asked. Zephyr grinned. “Not at all.” The princesses shared a look, and began to communicate telepathically. “Should we really do this, you guys? Our parents just took it to another level of high risk,” Aaliyah asked worriedly. “Yeah, if we fail, I might have to marry…” Luna shivered, “a merman.” “We are doing this people. High risk or not, I know we are going to succeed.” They all nodded firmly, sharing one last look before turning to their parents. “Alright. Prepare for our departure.” Galaxius sighed. “We’re going to Earth.” › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › › The girls were strapped themselves into their seats. Galaxius tugged at it to make sure it was on nicely. “Relax,” Astra said, “I designed this ship myself.” All the princesses’ eyes widened and also began tugging at their seatbelts. Astra rolled her eyes. “Alright, we are ready for departure in about a minute,” a voice said in the speakers of the spaceship. “I’m beginning to regret eating that whole bush of cloudberries,” Medusa said, feeling the nerves claw at her stomach like beasts climbing out of the pits of hell. “Saints so help me, Medusa. Do not throw up on my spaceship.” Astra seethed as she pinched the bridge of her nose. “I finally know what people feel like on judgement day.” Proteus muttered. “Just to go over this one last time,” the voice from the speakers said, “You will be hyper-shot out this galaxy to the Milky-way. The spaceship will stop on a planet close to earth and from their you’ll be ejected straight out of it and into Earth’s atmosphere. Got it?” “Yeah, Mick,” Galaxius said and dry-swallowed. “This is going to be fun,” she murmured sarcastically. “Departure in ten…” “Oh my god, I think my water just broke!” Aaliyah panicked. “WHAT?!” the whole group screamed. “Nine...” “Oh wait, I’m not pregnant,” she said in relief. The panic quickly returned on her face. “But I feel sick.” “Who doesn’t?!” Galaxius howled in agitation. “…seven...” “Is this going to be painful?” Adonis asked. “Like hell! When is interdimensional travelling ever NOT painful?!” Astra screamed. “You literally die for 3 minutes!” “Oh spirits of Ethos take my soul now!” “Four...” “What?! Where’s six and five?!” “Three...” “I know this is bad timing but I could really go for a smoothie right now.” Everyone looked at Medusa with crazed faces “Two...” Luna quickly grabbed a silicon cap from her pocket and put it on her head like it was the most natural thing to do at that moment. The crazed faces went from Medusa to her. “What? My hair is my pride and joy.” “I hope that cap explodes,” Galaxius shot at her. Luna gasped. “You’re a monster.” “One...” “Can somebody kiss my forehead and tell me everything will be fine?” Adonis said and clung tighter onto her seat. “WHAT IS EVERYONE ON THIS SHIP’S PROBLEM?!” “Lift off.” “What?! But I’m still hungry—ahhhhhh!” All they saw was a blinding white light as they jetted right into a different dimension at breakneck speed.
