Colvin's mom furrowed her brows even tighter, “Just English? What about other languages like Russian or French? How are the extracurricular activities, and what are the teachers' qualifications?”

How could you even find that out? Just walk up to the principal and ask, "Excuse me, what's the average educational background of your teaching staff?"
