The taste was pretty standard.
"Just pulling your leg. Things have been a bit too uptight between us, so I thought I'd lighten the mood," Dr. Emily chuckled. "We've known each other for four years; we shouldn't be this stiff with each other."
Tina let out a sigh, "Yeah, four years."
Yet, in those four years, aside from discussing medical conditions, they had hardly exchanged any other words.
"So, we should at least be considered friends by now. I have a friend getting married in a few days, and everyone is supposed to bring a date. I wonder if you'd be willing to help me out," Andy mustered the courage and blurted it all out in one go.
