I sighed, running a hand down my face. This was already shaping up to be one of those days, the kind where I’d be reaching for my third cup of coffee before noon. It reminded me of my days with mom and her office workers tweny four seven. Cain was still staring down Nelson like he was contemplating whether throwing him out the window was worth the trouble, while Nelson just grinned like he was enjoying every second of it.
