“What's going on here?” Two familiar deep velvet voices spoke from behind her.
As soon as Cherry heard their voices, her crying heightened as she wailed exaggeratingly, she walked over to them and clutched their biceps, tears were falling from her smudged face.
Claire expected her mates to remove Cherry's hand from their arm, but she was disappointed when they didn't.
“I tried to stop her!” Cherry spoke with a high pitched voice. “I was only trying to get to know her, and - and she clutched my neck and tried to kill me!” She said with a fake sniffle.
Cameron and Callan turned their murderous gaze in her direction. “Is this true?” Callan asked with deadly calm. “You tried to strangle her?”
Claire flinched at his tone. “I didn't mean to—she insulted me and I got angry and—”
