When I entered the room to have my time with my mate, I saw her sleeping in Laius’ arms, while Elric was looking at her very concerned. Elric told me what happened to her and I walked towards Laius, to take my woman off his filthy arms.
Laius gave me a hatred look, “Don’t you dare to get any closer!” His eyes glowed and his fangs went down reinforcing the menacing tone of his voice.
I was about to blast him an attack when Liv stirred in her slumber and opened her eyes slowly. She took a deep and desperate breath as someone who reached the surface after almost drowning would.
“Sugar...” Laius's voice was soft and the evidence of the outburst he had a minute ago had disappeared.
