Aubrey drove as fast as she could away from Broderick’s cabin. After driving for 45 minutes, she entered a town and pulled into the parking lot of a small shopping center. Once parked, she let herself go completely, sobbing uncontrollably. How could she have let herself be fooled by another man? Why did this hurt so much?
