CHAPTER 19

Being born as Edward Jacob's only daughter made her life fulfilled. In fact, he was free to decide where to go to school and college, as well as what areas he was interested in. His name is also familiar in the world of property, because he is the best architect that this country has. Young, smart, talented, successful, rich but his love story is not that good at all. His heart was only ever attached to two men and one of them really hurt him. Until his subconscious didn't want to remember anything about him. 

Drrrrttt... Drrrrttt... 

Her phone vibrates for the umpteenth time and Sarah seems to be indifferent to it. His eyes and mind focused on the presentation Rose Scott presented in front of the project team. The draft for their project which is directly supported by this government is of particular concern to Sarah.  

Drrrrttt... Drrrrttt... 

And his phone vibrates again, until Edward who feels it finally acts. Pointing at Sarah's phone with her chin, makes her understand what she means. Sarah retreated out of the meeting room to simply answer a call on her cell phone. 

Andrew N. McCraven 

The name that appears on Sarah's cell phone call screen. I don't know why it feels weird if Andrew has to call over and over again. Because as usual the man would not have contacted him if until the second call had not been picked up. It means Sarah's busy. 

"Hello.." Sarah answered a call from Andrew. 

"Hello, honey. Busy? Why haven't I answered my call before?" 

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. There's a meeting discussing the project in Raunds. What's wrong?" 

"Now I'm in Honolulu and just want to say don't come here." 

"Why?" asked a confused Sarah, as she was supposed to travel to Hawaii this afternoon to see Andrew. 

"There was a surprise meeting in Melbourne, so now I have to leave for Australia." 

"Huh?" 

"Later in the afternoon you'll still leave but not to Hawaii, but to Australia. Let's just let you use the McCravens' plane. I called your father." 

"No problem. I'm going to tell you about this change of purpose. I love you, honey," said Sarah with a red-faced face hearing her own words. 

"I love you more, honey." 

After answering a call from Andrew, the girl went back into the meeting room. Rose is done with her presentation and is receiving feedback from other project teams. To be honest, annual project meetings like this always look different, because Edward Jacob as the owner of Sunroof Property also went down directly. So everything has to be absolutely perfect without any small blemishes called mistakes 

"Who?" asked Edward to Sarah who had returned to sit by her side. 

"Andrew." 

"Why couldn't he be more patient? You'll see you soon, you'll visit him in the afternoon, right?" Edward rolls his eyes lazily with Andrew's impatient behavior. Actually, he is quite worried about the condition of Andrew and his daughter at this time, especially when he saw Andrew and his nephews at a party some time ago. His face was like going to hit David who was close to Sarah. Although he knows that Luke, Andrew and David were friends in high school. 

"He's got a business meeting in Australia, Dad. Later in the day Sarah will be there," Sarah's lazy face is quite a concern edward, since when can this daughter express like that? It's been over 5 years of not seeing sarah's various expressions. 

Thank God for bringing our daughter back. Edward said to me that there was a change in Sarahnya. 

"All right. Luke's there right now, dad's going to call your brother if you come with Andrew." 

"Really, Dad? Brother Luke over there?" asked Sarah enthusiastically ignoring the people who were staring at her in wonder. Because honestly they are no longer focused when they see the interaction of father and son. After seeing many expressions that Sarah Dimitrova-Jacob never displayed, The Ice Queen of The Jacobs. 

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Today's meeting I think is enough and thank you for the time. I will review all the drafts that you have prepared," said Edward closing the meeting that is no longer focused because of the actions of his daughter. Rose and the project team have left the room, leaving Sarah with her father. 

"You're serious? Brother Luke is in Australia?" he asked while shaking Edward's arm, unconsciously Edward's eyes let out clear fluid when he saw Sarah's behavior. 

"Why are you crying? Did Sarah make a mistake?" 

"No, honey. Dad was just too happy to see daddy's little daughter back," Edward held his daughter's body, hugging her tightly. There's a feeling of happiness seeing Sarah already able to behave normally like before the accident happened. A cheerful and fun girl, that's the real Sarah Domitrov-Jacob. 

"I'm sorry, Sarah. There's really no intention to change, it's just that everything doesn't feel the same anymore when you wake up that day." Sarah also shed tears, there is a little regret that she has been so far away with it all. 

"No problem. Luke's there, and then he'll pick you up when he gets there. I'll call Andrew soon." Edward takes his arms off Sarah's body and embraces his little daughter's shoulders as she walks out of the meeting room. 

Sarah kept smiling all the way back to her workspace. On leaving for the office he had already brought a suitcase containing his clothes and supplies while accompanying Andrew in Hawaii. Thankfully Sarah only brought what she really needed, so there was no problem with the change in her departure plans. 

In a different room Edward Jacob was calling someone. As he told Sarah at the meeting, about Luke who is also in Australia today. 

"Hello, Uncle. What's wrong?" 

"Hello, Luke, are you busy now?" 

"Not really, just checking some deal plans with clients." 

"Still in Australia?" 

"Still, now in Alice Spring. But in an hour it will be time to head to Melbourne for dinner with Mr Rinehart. What's wrong?" 

"All right. Andrew is on his way to Melbourne from Hawaii at the moment." 

"Then, Uncle?" Luke is clearly astonished by his uncle's statement. 

"Sarah will leave for Melbourne later in the afternoon after Andrew, because previously they would spend time in Hawaii. But Andrew suddenly changed Sarah's departure." 

"—" 

"Why shut up? Is there a problem?" 

"Now where is Sarah?" 

"Probably left half an hour ago, on the McCraven family plane." 

"f**k!!!" 

"What you're saying, Luke! You swear at Uncle?" 

"I'm sorry, Uncle. But the problem is David is also here." 

I'm not going to do that. 

"David Schneider's ex-girlfriend Sarah is here." 

"My God... What other game did you create for my daughter?" 

"I'm sorry, Uncle. I'll keep it from Dave." 

"Leave it alone, Luke. Sarah's back, all her true nature is back. So please take care of your brother if his memory of David is back there, don't let him drop and even worse forget us all," Edward's message hopefully told Luke.. 

"All right. Anth and Dad also said the worst possibility was. I'll take care of him, no matter how much he stays my brother." 

The connection ends and Edward scoops up his rough face, crashing the body into his greatness. Staring out at nanar outside the building remembering about Brother's literature and his call during a party some time ago. Like what Paul and Anthony said about Sarah's condition. Paul is a neurologist and Athony a psychologist, father and son told of Sarah's last condition. If the girl had remembered Andrew and his true nature back, it's likely that his memory of David would also have come back. And when it comes, Sarah's condition must be good so that it doesn't get worse. Because it's not impossible that he'll lose his whole memory when he gets a new shock to his brain nerves.
