Andrew was uncomfortable hearing Sarah and David chat, choosing to go get a drink. After Andrew's death, Sarah decides to go around greeting family guests who are part of her business partner. Until finally he met Mr. Jonah Green who was actually Andrew's friend.
"I heard you parted ways with Andrew before the accident," Sarah doesn't understand Jonah's speaking direction choosing to shut up with a restrained smile. Because he really doesn't know what to answer from that question.
"You're a lucky girl, because she loves you so much. Even when you have another lover afterwards."
What else is this? Everything Jonah says is quite disturbing to his mind and subconscious. Because all he knows and remembers all along is Andrew as his best friend, nothing more.
"Thank you for your honesty, sir. I have to say hello to other guests. Have a good time, sir."
Sarah, still thinking about Jonah's words, decides to go to her grandmother's side sitting in one of the banquet chairs. Once there, he did not answer a single family question. Sarah hides her face behind her grandmother's arms. With his eyes glazed he tried to venture out raising his head. Instantly they were panicked by Sarah's unusual expression.
"Who has made you cry, honey?" asked an anxious Mariana as she approached her daughter who rarely acts like this. Because they know Sarah's personality is calm with good emotional control.
"Andrew..."
One word can make his family upset and tooth-wreaking. His cousin is enjoying the party, except Luke and Anthony seem to be holding back emotions. But they were able to control themselves to just ask Sarah what really happened.
"So tell us what really happened? Because there's no way he's making you cry. I know her very well, Sarah," Anthony in his reassuringly shady voice was finally able to make Sarah want to tell a story.
"I met one of his friends, the man said that Andrew had been my lover. He said that our relationship ended before my accident. He even said that Andrew remained loyal and loved me even though I had a new lover." Everyone who heard Sarah's story was just silent and didn't overreact. Although they actually knew what happened to Sarah and Andrew at the time.
"So?" asks Luke a little curiously while still in cold mode.
"I try to concentrate and remember everything, find the point of the story."
"Then?" Anthony sounded excited.
"I remember before Andrew was my lover, not just my best friend. Our relationship ended because Andrew was too busy. And—"
The smile that initially expanded from the family's lips was again lost when Sarah's sentence was cut off. They don't ask but just give a demanding stare. Sarah is aware of the family's gaze, finally continuing the story. And the continuation of the story was able to make the family furious.
"I had a relationship with another man that was initially fun, but ended up hurting because he was treasonous. It caused me to feel like dying and forgetting everything."
"Who is he?" asked Karl, holding back emotions, in contrast to his two quiet older brothers.
"All Sarah remembers is muttering that she was treasonous repeatedly until before the accident happened."
The whole family sitting at the banquet table was just silent not responding to the story of Sarah still hugging her grandmother. Even though they know who Sarah means.

"I hope their relationship will be okay this time," Anthony told Luke and Nick.
The three sisters smiled at Sarah who was dancing intimately with Andrew, both of whom really caught the attention of many pairs of eyes and cameras that continued to highlight towards them. Andrew unapologetically kissed Sarah's neck and pink lips. Makes anyone who sees feel envious. The two enjoyed some lost time from them, as the accident that resulted in some of Sarah's memories also disappearing.
I don't know what betrayal David has committed, to be able to make that beautiful girl so. And after 5 years passed he came back again to achieve Sarah's love. It's impossible to happen if there are a lot of people who aren't happy with him.
In one corner of the party hall there was a man who seemed very frustrated to see the couple dancing. His eyes heat up because of his emotional restraint, something that rarely happens to him. The girl she loves is barren and lets her neck be kissed by another man. His hand squeezed a wine glass which thankfully didn't break. His control is still good enough not to make a mess at someone else's party. Until a voice interrupts his fury.
"You have to stop," a cold, piercing remark.
"Luke!"
"You better stay away from my brother, you've hurt him enough once and I won't let you repeat it again," he gushed to David, who seemed to want to cut his sentence.
"I don't know what's wrong with me? And I never hurt him, really!" he said as Luke left him.
"Pathetic man! Even your mistakes don't know," Luke leaves David in a state of confusion.
David was really confused by what Luke said recently. What mistakes did he make five years ago? He thought everything was fine and there was no awkwardness, until the accident happened. Except when he visited Sarah after a week of unfortunate events. Luke forbade her from seeing Sarah, even seeing it wasn't allowed. The confusion grew when Andrew saw him coming and was very angry and seemed to hate him.
"Please find out about what happened five years ago, exactly before the accident," David told someone behind his phone line.
With a gontai David approached Edward Jacob to say goodbye. It's been quite a pleasant chat with this party, and it's enough that her heart is hot with Sarah-Andrew's love. Maybe this time the good opportunity didn't side with him and Sarah has completely forgotten it.
Edward is having a nice conversation with his brother and brother turned towards David, giving a friendly smile to his best friend's son. Edward knows that David is a good man, just maybe he's not good enough for his daughter. So it caused deep trauma for Sarah.
"I have to go, Uncle," he said as he approached The Jacobs.
"Why is it so fast, Dave? This party isn't over yet?" he asked.
"I have to get ready to go back to Germany in the morning."
"That fast? Does it have anything to do with what happened?" Karl asked him even though he was just making small talk.
"No, Uncle. There's work to be done there," he replied politely.
David finished saying goodbye to the Jacobs sisters, then approached the happy couple tonight, an elderly couple celebrating their wedding anniversary. His feet stepped for sure, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the party. He doesn't understand himself, even ignoring James who has since opened the car door for him. His mind is very much in turmoil after seeing the girl he loves making out with other men.
"Come in, Dave. It's so cold here," he asked a sculpted David, staring at the tall building in front of him.
"I don't know what's going on inside, but come in first, and I'll listen to you," James said softer than ever, and managed to get David's attention to get him into the car.
Minutes after the car drove through a cold, snowy City of London street, the man remained silent. His eyes stared blankly with his head on the windshield. James is very worried about David's current situation, he knows very well that this man next to him is very chaotic. Because it's not usually a David Schneider doing something like this, no matter how chaotic he is.
"Don't look at me like that, you better focus on driving," David rebukes James.
"Still don't want to share it with me?" asked James with a forward-focus stare.
David glanced at James briefly before closing his eyes briefly to stretch his tense brain nerves from earlier on. Slowly his mouth opens, telling him everything that happened during the party. Until he took a deep breath before recounting Sarah and Andrew's romance. Also Luke's words are still ringing in his brain.
"Looks like something happened before Sarah's accident. The Jacobs and Andrew know it, that's how they forbid you to see Sarah," James voiced his opinion, no! Rather, the assumption is luke's saying.
"I've ordered people to find out, and before everything is clear I chose to go back to Germany," he said, closing his heavy eyes.
After that conversation David had dissolved into his dream, with James focused on driving. Tonight will be a very long one for David, and also for the pair of human children who are grasping their peak there.
The party is still going on even though some guests have left Jacob's family. The three brothers are still busy telling stories about their businesses and families. Until it came to that Karl couldn't bear to keep quiet and didn't ask his two older brothers about Sarah.
"So what happened?" he asked curiously.
"Finally you ask too," Paul said briefly.
"You want to know what, Karl? You don't usually care about things like this," Edward sometimes too to the point to his closest friends.
"Is it true that David was the cause of the accident?" his two brothers simply silent, until finally they nodded quietly at his brother who showed a begging face.
"Why did you invite him, Brother Ed? You even know that she's the root of the complicated problem of your daughter's life, my only niece," she says a little furiously.
"Leave it alone, Karl," Paul said quietly.
"How can it be?"
"I know all the truth, even Luke and Andrew know it. It's just that I couldn't bear to let David suffer in his ignorance," Edward said with sadness even though his face looked calm.
"You want that guy back to Sarah? Wake up, brother. He's not good enough for my nephew."
"Just leave him alone, because Sarah deserves to hear an explanation from David for his betrayal," edward said.
"All right. I'm in your game, but don't make it hurt more," Karl patted Edward's shoulder before leaving his two older brothers.
Karl reflects on his brother's words, about Sarah who should remember David again. It's true that the girl deserves an explanation from David. What really happened and deserves to ask about what made him lose his mind and almost die in an accident.
The party is over and leaves memories for some. Some are happy and some are sad. Leaving some people to dissolve in their own minds.
