I wiped the sweat from my forehead with the back of my hand. I spent a week in the barracks without a single nightmare. Now that we had returned to Regan, the nightmares had come back. At least, I didn't sleepwalk.
Sunlight trickled into the room but it looked like it was way past midday. I took my bath and put on a fresh set of sweat pants and a tank top before going out to search for Soren.
There was a wall clock right outside my room. It said the time was eighteen minutes past ten. Soren hadn't given me a tour when we arrived at midnight and I didn't know where to find him. I feared I would get lost if I wandered too much.
I tried the first door beside my room and to my surprise, Soren was in it. He was asleep beneath the white sheets.
