After our orientation program, the Student Council members took us on an academy tour to show us various parts of the academy. The tour was very uncomfortable for me because of all the jeering, sneering, pointing, staring and even cussing, but Commander Ciara’s words had given me the courage to stand as tall as a tree.
After the tour ended, we had a few hours until lunch and I decided to go back to my room to finish unpacking because I didn’t want to have any encounters with people.
