"I love you, Jack!" I confessed with a light heart. At that moment, I felt as if the world had been lifted off my shoulders knowing that I had told him everything.
"I want you to know that your past can't rule your present; put everything behind you, and don't let it ruin your future. It hasn't changed who you are, and know that I will never hurt you like he did," he kissed my knuckles.
"I'm sorry for keeping it from you. It's not like I don't trust you, it's me, I am afraid and I didn't know what I should be doing then. Thank you very much, Jack," I rested my head on his chest.
"I will get your son back to you and he will have a younger brother," he promised.
"He's older than Tim, so he will have younger brothers when he finally comes back to me," I corrected him.
