Three days passed. Not much happened. Not loud things, at least. Just silence.
After that night. The night of the howls. Ava did not see the triplets again. Not Irish. Not Zayne. Not Steve..They stopped following her. Like she had forbidden them from doing that. They didn’t come near Zach’s house either, just as she had warned them. They didn’t howl anymore.
No shadows in the woods. No glowing eyes. No presence.
