Candor had left the room when I rushed to check the dress Ceres had brought.
I opened the bag and pulled the attire out, my eyes widened in awe as I admired it.
It was stunning, much more beautiful than any dress I had ever seen.
I momentarily wondered why that room was abandoned in the first place.
It didn't sit right with me that someone would leave such pretty dresses behind in an abandoned room.
I placed the dress on the bed beside Ceres’ and decided I would think about the room later.
My slippers clicked on the floor as I stepped out of the room to look for Ceres.
I truly had no idea what to tell her, “oh I'm plotting with usurpers to kill your love Armand and the dragon king?”
I couldn't even tell her that because of the bonds of the blood oath.
