It was an excruciating forty minutes. Dakota sat in the RV, staring out the back window and down the street. He couldn’t see Eleanor, who was parked several blocks away, but he kept an eye on Terrell, perched atop his motorcycle by the corner, past an intersection. He faced the RV and away from the anticipated path of their mark—watching in one of his side mirrors for any sign of the guy and pretending to inspect the bike. They’d created a sort of box formation in order to corner him. Once he showed up, Terrell would get in his way while Eleanor approached from behind and dispatched him.
