Chapter 18 Something irritated his face. Plastic pumping artificial cold air against his skin. Without opening his eyes, he reached up to try and remove it, but someone grasped his hand and gently stopped the endeavor. Though noises he didn’t recognize surrounded him—clanging and rumbling—the voice that spoke sounded completely familiar. “Hey, don’t do that.
