Edmond was in place along with his men. Rey had followed Kornell and Palmer towards the docks, but then they had surprisingly gone to the section of land Indy and his brothers had lived in for centuries. It was as if Palmer knew what this location was.
“You do realize that you have lost your f*****g mind, right?” Kornell shouted, as he sat on one of the stones next to the pond.
Palmer already had candles surrounding them as he set out a goblet and some herbs, speaking calmly, “On the contrary. I am perfectly sane. I am a servant of the deity Chathan.”
“And what the hell do Stix and I have to do with any of that?” Kornell asked.
“Everything and nothing.” Palmer replied as he began to light the candles.
