"Damn it..." she whispered angrily, staring at the bowl
The sun was setting, but even though consultations were set to end around 6:00 PM, everyone noticed it was still bright outside. Since it was summer in the mountains, 6:00 PM still felt like 5:00 PM under the sunlight. A lot of residents from far villages were still waiting outside the gymnasium, carrying kids and helping old people hoping to get checked. Because of this, Matthew quickly called a short meeting in the middle of the field.
"Listen, everyone," Matthew said formally, looking at the whole medical team.
"If we pack up now and travel two hours back to the town proper, we lose precious time. We can utilize those two hours tomorrow morning to accommodate the remaining patients so we can finish early. We’ll camp out
