Chapter 2

Skylar’s POV

Knock~Knock~Knock

I heard a knock on my office door. “Come in”. I said to who ever it is.

“Hi”. My mom greeted me and kissed my checks.

“Mom what took you here?” I asked her cuz its unusual for my mom to come in my office .

“I just have a favor for you please”. Mom said with a puppy eyes, damn what my mom want from me this time and she’s using that charm in me she know i cant say no to her with her being like that.

“Arggg what do you need mom?”. I asked again.

“Can you please pay kianarie’s tuition fee ?” She said that makes my eyebrows frown.

“What? Why would i do that mom?” I asked her cuz mom knows how much i hate that woman. Her mom is the reason why my fav uncle died and ever if its not her fault i still hate her since day one.

“I did a background investigation on her and she doesn’t know what her mom is doing and now she’s suffering dahil sa nanay niya naawa naman ako sakanya anak”. My mom replied, and so? Not my problem karma is a b***h unlucky her she got her moms karma.

“Its not my problem mom, why dont you pay it your seld you know how much i her hate”. I said that makes my mom continued her puppy eyes

“Please anak kawawa naman yung bata, she’s so young to be in her situation she’s doing 2part time work for her tuition fee and her apartment. I cant imagine pano nalang ang pangkain niya her personal needs”. My mom said with a worry in her voice .

“Tskkk fine mom but just this time if tito arwen knows about it he will be mad at you”. I talk to my mom as if im talking to kid, that makes her nodded her head with a wide smile in her face.

The next morning i make sure to go to that womans school to pay her tuition fee, I used my money for it cuz dad will be notified is mom pay it using her money. We know that dad is mad at kianarie as well because of what her mom did its a huge scandal on our families name.

After i pay on the finance my secretary call that we have an unexpected visitor that makes me in a hurry when i suddenly bump into someone. I just watched the woman pick up my wallet and keys that have been dropped on the floor.

“Sorry po”. She said while bowing her head and when she turn her gaze up, i can see how surprised she was when she sees me.

Moms right she looks like she’s having hard time surviving on her own, she’s thin but at the same time still have a fair skin and beautiful. But also theres a depth on her eyes it seems like she always sleeps late and she looks tired.

I feel like i stared at her for to long and remembered i have something important to see in my office, and to realize thats shes still staring at me.

“Tsk stupid”. I muttered and grabbed my things on her heads and walk away.
