I wasn't expecting Victor to be waiting outside for me. He was standing against the wall, his face looked up when I walked towards him. My heart clenched inside my chest and the tears rolled down my cheeks as his eyes were pooled with tears and his tear stained cheeks only made me wish to sob more. He was supposed to leave me here, alone to live in my own miseries. After everything Dad said to him, he shouldn't be here waiting for me. He shouldn't care for me but he was here, with tears in his eyes and pain etched on all his face. I pulled my lower lip inside, biting it down before I ran into his arms.
