Chapter 8
Early the next morning, Rohan didn’t have a shift at the coffee shop, and he also didn’t have to go in to work at the bar since it was Wednesday. He would be off that day and the day after, and so would Diego. Percy had to be in the studio on both days, but he was free in the morning. Hence, the three of them decided to head over to the grocery store at nine o’clock.
“I’m not a picky eater,” Rohan informed Percy for the fifth time while they strolled casually down one aisle and up another.
“Neither am I,” Diego added while grinning widely. “Besides, you’re an incredible cook, Perce. You make everything taste delicious.”
Percy blushed, but he also smelled pleased. “Thank you.”
