The drive was long but it went by quick because I fell asleep about an hour into the drive. I didn't have a nightmare this time because i was in Demetri's arms the entire time. He seems to put my mind at ease and i love it. We soon arrived home and Demetri was waking me up to let me know that we were home. I mind linked a few omegas to come help unload the car and place Demetri's things in my room. I got out of the car and the first thing I noticed was my mother standing on the porch with a death glare that went between me and my father. Uh oh she really is mad. "Monica let me explain..." my dad started but my mom cut him off ." No Tyson you should have told me the second you found out there is no excuse as to why you couldn't" my mom scolded my dad. "Mom it's not dads fault really I know it shocked everyone to find out that Demetri and I are a fated pair and not just chosen mates. I mean come on did you expect me to go meet my chosen mate and find out he is my fated mate mom give dad a break please " I pleaded with her because I don't like when my parents fight. My mom rolls her eyes and let's out a sigh "fine but you have a lot of kissing up to do mister alpha and you can start with a back rub". My dad starts giggling like a school girl and hugs my mom . "Anyway honey this is Demetri, Trina's mate" he points to Demetri holding a sleeping Xavier in his arms. "Its nice to meet you Demetri. Why don't you and Trina go put Xavier down for a nap and meet us out in the gazebo for some lunch you must be hungry from that long drive" my mom states. "Ok mom we will meet you guys there" I say as we leave her and my dad to head up to the fourth floor where mine and Xavier's rooms are. We went into Xavier's room and laid him down and tucked him in then slowly walked out the door begin careful not to wake him.

We walk down the stairs and out to the garden where the gazebo is to meet up with my parents.

"Hey mom hey dad" I say as we walk into the gazebo and sit down on the bench opposite my parents.

"So you two are fated mates and Demetri has accepted you despite you having a child and he also accepted Xavier as his own son. Well I'm both impressed at how amazing he is and proud he would step up to be a father to a child he didn't create" my mother says with a smile. "Well Luna Monica.." Demetri started but my mom cut him off "please call me mom you are my son-in-law after all" my mom says and I smile knowing she has accepted Demetri and Demetri nodded and continued." Well mom I may have not created Xavier but I would always accept him as my own you see I have an ex who has a child she says is mine and I am sure Trina would accept him just as quickly as I have accepted Xavier" he says and he knows it's true I would accept a child that belongs to him even if I didn't create it.

My mom smiles and nods at him because she even knows he is right. We continued talking and my mom and Demetri kept talking and getting to know each other when Xavier came running out of the house up to us. "Mommy daddy there was a strange man in my room he said he will be coming to take me away very soon" he said as he jumped into Demetri's arms and started trembling. "Hush buddy you just had a bad dream mommy and daddy are here" Demetri cooed trying to get him to calm down. "But it wasn't a bad dream daddy he was real he was hiding in my closet he said he was coming to take me from mommy and he is my real daddy" he said before burying his face into Demetri's chest. My mother father and I simultaneously let out a loud growl and I ran up to Xavier's room. I burst into his room and immediately knew something was off. I sniffed the air and smelled a familiar rotten smell mixed with whiskey and I let out a low growl. My dad and Demetri came running into the room as they heard my growl and the instantly became aware of the smell and were on high alert. "Relax you two he's not here anymore. But I am moving Xavier's bed into our room I don't want him out of my sight unless there is a guard with him at all times" I say annoyed that that bastard got past our patrols.

"Why is he back now what does he want with Xavier" Demetri asked voice full of concern.

"When he kidnapped me he told me he wanted an heir strong enough to take over. I'm not sure what he's planning on taking over but he will not get my son from me. not now. not ever." I say voice full of anger.

"Our son" Demetri corrected me and I feel my self become less agitated.

"Right our son" I say with a smile which soon fades when I notice my father sniffing around the room like he's looking for something. "Dad are you looking for something?" I say ." His smell is still strong like he left something behind" my dad states and I take a sniff and realize he is right so I start sniffing around the room as well as Demetri. My dad picks up a photo of Xavier and I that was on the stand next to the bed and he began to take the frame off it and pulled out a note that wasn't there when I put the picture in the frame. I take the note from my dad and start to read it.

'Dear Trina,

I know you know I was in your home and I will be coming back very soon for my son. He is my offspring and he will bring me the power I need to take over. I will use him to take down that stupid council and I will become ruler of the wolf's and you will become mine even if it is by force.'

I finish reading and growl at least I know the bastards name now hopefully we can find him and kill him. "Don't worry babe we will find him before he tries to take our son from us I will die before I allow that" Demetri says and I wrap my arms around him and hug him tightly.

My father clears his throat and Demetri and I look at him curious as to what he has to say

"Well I guess it's a good thing we have a big family that has just gotten bigger. Come let's go call all the alphas and Luna of the family together. This ends now. He will not  enter my territory and threaten to take my grandson away from me" I smile at his words.

This is definitely going to end now. Time to use the big meeting room.
