I walked into the pack house with demetri following close behind me. I sniffed the air trying to figure out which direction my dad went. Demetri saw this and grabbed me by the hand "they went to my dads office " he said as if it wasnt obvious but I have never been here so I was gonna sniff him out. We walked up go the fourth floor and walked down the hall and stopped outside antons office i could hear laughing. No doubt trading embarrassing stories about their children . Demetri knocked on the door of the office and we heard a "come in" in between laughing. "So? What's the decision here?" Anton asked anxiously.  Demetri and I looked at each other smiling and said in unison " we have accepted each other!" They jumped up from their seats and came over and enveloped us in a big group hug. "Welcome to the family son" my father said to demetri. "Its great to be a part of it now wheres my our son so we can tell him the good news" demetri said casually and it sounded so good to hear him refer Xavier as "our" son. I couldnt be happier that demetri has accepted both of us. "He is in the play room with the rest of the pups" anton stated and demetri rushed out of the room to go tell Xavier the good news. My dad anton and I laughed at his enthusiasm as we followed him out the door. We were walking down the stairs when Xavier came running up them with demetri close behind. Xavier excitedly jumped into my arms and gave me a big hug. "Mommy demetri said that you guys accepted each other as mates is that true? Does that mean I can call him daddy now? What about getting me a baby brother? Is that possible?" He kept bombarding me with question after question. "Woah woah baby one question at a time. yes it is true that demetri and I accepted each other. you would have to ask demetri if you can call him daddy though I am sure he wont mind it at all. As for the baby brother you still have to wait on that part because it takes time to make a new baby". I answered all of his question honestly

"So how long are we talking a day a week a month a year I would like a baby brother as soon as possible" he says seriously.  I am truly baffled by how smart and open this child is. My dad and anton patted me on the shoulder on the way down the stairs and wispered "better start making that baby brother" and "I cant wait for a grandchild" I rolled my eyes at them and demetri winked at me and then started laughing. "We will make you a baby brother when mommy is ready to buddy and to answer your question yes you can call me daddy" demetri told Xavier which caused xavier to leap from my arms into demetri's and hug him tightly. I was in awe at how quickly these two had bonded they have only known each other a couple of hours and it feels like my family is finally complete.

"Thank you daddy I'm so glad me and mommy found you now I have two parents like all the rest of the pups" Xavier said as demetri set him down so we could finish walking down the stairs for dinner. "I'm glad I found you and mommy too Xavier I finally feel whole" demetri said as each of us grabbed Xavier's hands and walked to the dining room. I smiled at them because I was finally happy I felt like I could float away.

We walk into the dining room and grab plates so we can sit down to eat I go to grab two plates one for myself and one for Xavier but Demetri looks at me and shakes his head "Go sit down I will bring food for you and our son and then I will come back to get mine". I walk back over to the table and go to pull out my chair but Demetri has already done that for me and after i sit down he pushes my seat in. "Such a gentleman" I say as I becon him to bend down and I kiss him on the cheek and watch him blush.

Demetri plated up some chicken mashed potatoes cornbread gravy and green beans on a plate and brought it out to me which I thanked him for. He then brought out a plate for Xavier with chicken nuggets macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and a glass of apple juice "thank you daddy how did you know my favorite foods" Xavier asked Demetri "Just a lucky guess buddy eat up" demetri responded but everyone knows those foods are pretty much every kids favorites.

During dinner we chatted while we talked and my dad was telling embarrassing stories of me and my siblings when we were younger like the time I snuck some alchohol out of his office and got drunk and tried to be spiderman an walk up a window. " she put her foot through the window and she didnt have her wolf yet so she ended up getting 15 stitches because she cut it up so bad" my dad says while laughing his butt off and I sat there red as a tomato covering my face. "I was 14 dad and no one said I was the brightest of the bunch and dont forget you and mom almost threw up because of the amount of blood while I was calm as can be " my dad got quiet "well it was alot of blood" he mumbled. Demetri turns and looks at me as he pulls my hands away from my face and looks me dead in the eye "Did you learn to not try to be spiderman when you are drunk?" He asks and then busts out laughing. "Nope" I said popping the p "I just learned not to try to walk up windows that didnt stop me from trying to swing from stuff though" dad starting laughing harder "and so the story begins as to how she broke her leg using a grappling hook to swing from the trees" I laugh. Yes I was a very reckless teenager.

About half an hour later I look over and Xavier is barely able to keep himself awake so Demetri and I decided to excuse ourselves so we can go put him to bed. "We are going to go put Xavier to bed we will see everyone later." Demetri says as he scoops Xavier up and carries him up the stairs like a baby. "So what would you like to do after we get our son to bed" Demetri asks me as we walk up the stairs. "Well we could always get to know each other better I mean I know almost nothing about you and you heard all kinds of stories about me when I was younger" I say really wanting to know more about my mate.

"Well we could tell each other embarrassing stories and play 20 questions if you would like" he replies and I smile "I would like that very much" . We get to the fourth floor and walk down the hall and stop at a door "This is Xavier's room for the night, our room is right next door" Demetri states so I dont worry about being far away from Xavier at night.

He lays Xavier down on the large bed and tucks him in for the night and gives him a kiss on the forehead and I do the same. "Goodnight baby we will see you in the morning" I cooed. "Goodnight mommy and daddy i love you both" Xavier says as his eyes become heavier and he falls asleep. My heart swelled at how quickly Xavier became attached to Demetri.

We tip toe out of his room to not wake him up and we head next door. "So what would you like to do first tell stories or play 20 questions?" Demetri asks as we walk into our room.

I thought about it for a moment and then decided " I would like to play 20 questions but I want to do it differently I want to ask you the 20 questions first and you answer them and I will answer the same 20 questions." "Fair enough go ahead" he replied as he laid down on the massive queen sized bed.

"Ok what's your favorite type of music?"

"I like mostly country and older stuff from between the 60's and 80's .what about you?"

"Mainly older stuff. Who is your favorite singer?"

"Aaron Lewis who is yours"

"Elton John, Favorite color?"

"Green black and yellow what about you "

"Red black and blue favorite food"

"Lasagna but I'm sure I will love anything that you will cook for me. What's yours" he says with a wink

"I don't have a favorite food I will eat just about anything except seafood because I'm allergic. And what makes you think I will be the one cooking? No that doesn't count as a question." I state thinking it's funny that he thinks I will be the one cooking. "Um because I don't know how to cook" he states and then turns red because he's embarrassed. My mouth formed an o shape and I continued

"That's fine I will teach you how to cook. Anyway what are some of your hobbies?"

"I like gardening and wood working and playing with kids . What about you what do you like doing when your not doing alpha stuff my love." He asks and I blush a deep red when he says my love.

"Well I don't usually have time to do anything but alpha stuff but I love to cook and do crafts I love art. How many siblings do you have?"

"Three two older brothers and an older sister all single born. How many do you have? I know you parents were known for having the most pups in history but I don't know how many "he says.

"Um I have 9 siblings and ours kind of goes in a pattern Sam and tj are twins Lindsey is single born rose and Tina are twins tucker and I are twins jasmine is single born and Becca and Damien are twins." His eyes went wide with how many siblings I have. "Wow so Xavier now has 12 aunts and uncles. He is going to be super spoiled" he says with excitement. "He already is he gets what ever he wants within reason anyway, how many people have you been with romantically?" I ask with a hint of jealousy at the thought of anyone else being with my mate.

"Um just one and my parents don't like her she got pregnant when we were together and she swears its mine but wont get a dna test done so I haven't spoken to her since I was 16. What about you?" He asks with the same jealous look.

"None. Not willingly anyway"  I state as I shiver at the memory. I hate how I allowed that to happen to myself but at least I got Xavier out of it. He has been the best gift I have ever gotten. Demetri sees how our conversation as brought me down and changes the subject. "So how about we do something else. Since I'm going to be leaving with you tomorrow would you like to help me pack up my room so I don't have to do it alone?" He says with a pleading look and I feel like he really doesn't like packing . To be honest neither do I. I just end up throwing stuff in boxes.

"Sure anything to get my mind off that night" I say with a sigh.

Demetri smiled and we chatted about random things as we packed up his room to get ready to leave tomorrow and like I said I just threw stuff in boxes . We left a few outfits and his tv and a few odds and ends things so we have them here for when we come to visit and we wont have to pack them back up.

We finished packing and we were both tired so we decided to lay down and get some sleep because it was a long drive back home and Demetri is going to need time tomorrow to say goodbye to everyone. We were laying in bed with my back to Demetri and his arm around my waste when Demetri kissed my forehead and then placed his face in the crook of my neck and inhaled my scent. "I am so happy I found you I cant wait till we mate and mark each other. He says with his face in my hair. I smile at the thought and an idea pops into my head. "We could always mark each other now and mate after you get settled in and meet everyone at my pack" I say as I bite my lip hoping he will say yes.

Demetri sits up and pulls me up with him while turning me to face him." Are you sure you want to we can wait longer if you would like." He says with a smile. "I'm sure I want you to mark me and I want to mark you so everyone knows we belong to each other" I say confidently and his smile grows wider. " ok so right now at the same time?" He says with a raised eyebrow. I smile and nod "on three"

"One" I move my face closer to his marking spot as I feel his face get closer to mine. "Two" I feel my canines elongate and I swear I can feel Demetri smirking as his do too. "Three" I say as I plunge my canines into his marking spot at the same time he does mine. I can feel all his emotions swirling around inside me the most prominent ones being happiness and love.

I retract my canines and start licking the blood off of Demetri's neck and he does the same with me. We then lay back down as the marking process has drained our energy. Demetri wraps his arms around my waist once again and says "Thank you Trina I love you" while closing his eyes " I love you too Demetri" I say as I feel him smile against my neck and I drift off to sleep along with him.
