​"Did you really think a power outage would leave my personal vault unprotected, Mr. Vance?" the CEO sneered through the glass intercom. ​Rafael slowly turned toward the reinforced glass window, his expression remaining entirely composed under the harsh glare of the ceiling lights. ​He rested his hand casually on the heavy titanium briefcase, his silver eyes tracking the four armed guards positioned outside. ​"I expected nothing less from a man who manages thirty percent of the city's corrupt capital, Mr. Sterling," Rafael replied smoothly. ​CEO Sterling chuckled darkly, adjusting his gold-rimmed spectacles as he stepped closer to the thick observation window. ​"You are trapped inside a lead-lined vault designed to withstand a military mortar strike, young man," Sterling said coldly.
