Mubarak’s pov. I stood by the window inside my office gazing at my employees from afar. I can see a figure with her head buried in her work. A Muslim, when was she hired?. I never allow Muslims at my company . I swiftly dropped my gaze and walked towards the elevator. I came out through the back door whilst an envoy awaits me. I just Chuckled at myself again. I own millions, no family love, no care. No deep knowledge of religion. Just money. The butler stood gesturing to me to get inside and the other body guards dropped their heads, not daring to look me in the eyes. I entered into the Rolls Royce and the car sped off like an angry tiger that wanted to hunt. Rahmah's POV. Subha nallah!!!. Dismissal, I wanted to shake off the idea that I am to leave because that's what was written. Probably it isn't mine?!. I tried to soothe my mind until assistant Adam spoke again. Ma'am, you are to leave this building within five hours, failure to do so would warrant an arrest. What do you mean?. I asked with widened eyes. You should go over this and report your final work by e-mail. Adam said, dropping the paper on her desk while she trembled. He walked away in large strides. They pay the actual price but, shouldn't I show my talent also?. I couldn't stop the tears from rolling down. The paper became wet due to my endless cries and I stuffed it into my bag messily. No one paid attention to what just happened as the blonde haired man kept entertaining himself. I rolled my eyes. They worked and looked at the same time because people still had doubts about who our boss was. What if he doesn't condone nonsense?. What if he is the narcissistic type?. I walked out of the building with a weak body and started walking down the pedestrian railway. I should pay a visit to my best friend. Everything that happened today keeps reoccurring in my mind and I sat on a bench chair wailing in agony. I am tired. I started reciting supplications as Allah is the only one I could rely on. I played the quran and sent a message to my friend asking her to come pick me up. I closed my eyes and unknowingly drifted to sleep. Gosh!I slammed my palm on my forehead when I saw the cloud darkened more. It's already iftar time and I am still outside. Where are you Aisha?. I sighed in despair
