“Greedy,”I chuckle, shaking my head slightly. “I’d rather figure it out myself then.”
“Alright, I’ll spill the beans without rewards, purely out of love for you.”Ryan says playfully. “A very high proportion of witches are born mind-readers, so they can tell if someone is lying. Theoretically, witches stationed at checkpoints need to have such skills.”
“I see,”I murmur in amazement, casting curious glances at the witches by the checkpoints. “What about those witches without mind-reading abilities? What skills do they have?”
