"What a piece of rubbish! Snobbish louse! Coward! You're his daughter for the moon's sake!" Rachel exclaims vehemently.
Joseph clears his throat, nudging her to mind her language, which causes Rachel to cover her mouth, whispering, "Sorry, Jennifer. I was too infuriated to remember we were discussing your father."
"It is alright,"I laugh. "I appreciate you bestowing those 'honors' upon him. The man absolutely lived up to those titles."
“I am genuinely sorry for you,”Samantha says. "It must be so tough."
“Yeah, unwanted by your own father…that feeling sucks. But that’s all in the past now. I survived.”I smile up at her, placing her hand on my swollen belly. “I can’t pick up my parents…but you see, I have created my own family.”
“I feel so happy for you, Lady Jennifer.”
